This Agronomy Retailer is currently looking to add an Agronomy Sales Specialist to their division in Western Kansas. The purpose of this position is to maintain and grow sales with the current and prospective customers.
- Sales calls, service calls, agronomic recommendations and all other tasks involved in the sales process.
- Oversee the custom application operations
- Scheduling, maps, monitoring field and weather conditions
- Assist in facility operations
- Inventory, delivery and chemical management
- Maintain all chemical and seed treatment equipment to be prepared and ready in season
- General knowledge of sales and management skills
- Knowledge of application and precision equipment as well as application procedures
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Team player attitude, willing to work extended hours during peak seasons
