Providing exceptional customer service and striving to achieve profitable growth for the company is the main focus for this position as a Chemical Sales Representative in central South Dakota. We are searching for someone to add to the sales team that can bring product knowledge and education to the current customers as well as bring growth to the company through new producers. We want someone to build long-term relationships with the farmers, gaining trust in the company and the products and services provided and ultimately, bring success to the farmers’ operation and the development of the company. Good knowledge of the region, farming techniques and relationships within the territory are preferred.
- B.S in Agronomy, Soil Science, or related Agricultural field preferred
- 4 years or more in agriculture sales desired. Sales experience dealing in fertilizer and ag chemical are highly encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of growing conditions in central SD with farmer relationships
- Must be a team player and self motivated
