We currently have a company in the ag industry with an opening for a Human Resources Manager in NW Iowa. This qualified candidate would manage all basic HR duties including:
- Staffing – interviewing, hiring, training and development
- Coordinate employee benefits
- Assume a leadership role in employee safety
- Work alongside management concerning company policies and procedures; communicating clearly between management and staff
- Other documentation as directed
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the HR field.
