This large farming operation, located in Sioux County/NW Iowa, is currently seeking a Human Resources manager. This person will oversee all HR functions for the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works on behalf of the company and the employees to create a mutually beneficial environment.
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
- Manages bi-weekly payroll and all benefit programs.
- Continues to develop and implement safety training
- Maintain appropriate files regarding employees and training.
- Encourage a positive team atmosphere among all employees.
Requirements:
- Bilingual preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field and recruiting experience (5-7 years)
