We are currently searching for a Regional Sales Manager for a multi-location cooperative in Southeastern Minnesota. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing & leading a dynamic agronomy sales team. This individual will be also be responsible for both new customers as well as the current customer base.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
*Market Strategy Development
*Assist with annual business plan development *Training sales team *Work closely with key producers within the region *Sales Mentoring
*Program Development
Requirements:
*5+ years of leadership in the Ag Industry
*Proven Sales Track Record
*BS in Ag related field is preferred
