Here is a unique opportunity within the Ag Industry to fill a role of Retail Operations Manager at a Building Center in NW Iowa. This person is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory management, expense control and personnel management, all while striving to provide home-town service and products, saving you a trip to the big-box stores.
Responsibilities:
- Outstanding customer service, standards and product knowledge
- Develop and implement plans to maximize sales, meet & exceed company goals
- Inventory management
- Recommend and initiate changes upon building center trends to maximize goals and objectives
- Be active in training, supporting and coaching building center staff
