We are working with a successful family owned and operated Seed Company in search of a SEED DSM for a territory in South Central Minnesota.
Qualifications for this position:
- Be self-motivated and driven to work in a strong existing sales territory.
- Sell directly to the growers and re-sellers throughout the territory.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients plus prospecting for new business.
- Provide market information and insight to drive competitive marketing strategies and programs.
- Focus on product knowledge, good agronomics, and customer service to continue to provide outstanding sales and service.
Preferred candidates will have previous seed sales experience and connections throughout the southern Minnesota territory but open to a strong less-experienced candidate.
This position comes with a base salary plus commissions, company vehicle, expense account as well as other benefits.
