This regional leader in the seed industry is currently looking to add a Seed DSM for a territory in Northeast Nebraska. This person will develop, maintain and grow relationships with the growers within this territory, being an asset to the company in sales and service of their seed brand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the growers within the assigned territory
- Develop strategic business plans
- Customer account care
- Budget management
- Product education and training for dealers within the team as well as growers
- Associate degree in Agriculture, Business, Precision Ag or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the agriculture industry, primarily in sales
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Productivity Suite
- Valid Drivers License
