This leading agricultural cooperative in Northwest Iowa is currently seeking the right sales professional to lead the seed sales efforts in their western territory.
Responsibilities:
- Have a passion for seed sales
- Willing to work closely with the seed/agronomy sales leaders to develop and implement innovative seed sales strategies
- Excel in all aspects of seed sales, managing seed inventory, and directing seed sales
- Provide leadership for the agronomy specialist’s team in the western territory
Qualifications:
- Team-oriented
- Proficient technology skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and networking skills
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker certifications
