DISC is a personality assessment that measures a person’s drives and motivations in certain areas. The DISC report is a helpful tool in the selection of new candidates and for effective on-boarding and development in a team environment. It is also used for team building for existing employees.
Bryan Kooi has been a Recruiter for Great Plains Consulting since 2013 and has used the DISC personality assessment since 2006 for employee selection and team building. Bryan has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and leadership development in addition to his 30 years of recruiting experience.
